How many porta potties for your event?
A common guide for events up to about 4 hours is 1 unit per 100 guests. Add 15–20% when alcohol is served.

Event pricing
Event prices depend on units, days and service. A basic weekend unit is about $75–150. Your quote shows what's included and what costs extra.
- Included: delivery, setup, toilet paper, sanitizer, pickup.
- Costs extra: mid-event service, handwashing stations, ADA units.
On the day
Planning and permits
- Placement: level ground, away from food areas, lit at night.
- Truck access: we need to park within 20–25 feet of the units.
- Permits: city-run events and street closures may need restroom counts on the permit. We'll match the count you're given.

How many porta potties for 100 guests?
One unit covers about 100 guests for a short event. Plan two if alcohol is served or the event runs past 4 hours.
How many for a 2,000-person festival?
Roughly 20–26 units plus 5–7 handwashing stations, depending on hours and alcohol. Add ADA units at 1 per 20.
Do I need an ADA unit?
Plan 1 ADA unit per 20 units, and at least one at any public event. Many event permits ask for it.
Can you service units during the event?
Yes, for multi-day events. We'll schedule it around your opening hours.
When do you deliver and collect?
Usually the day before and the day after. We agree the times when you book.
Can I rent just one for a backyard party?
Yes. One unit is fine. Pick a flat spot our truck can reach within 20–25 feet.
