After the Palisades and Eaton fires, many lots need the same things before rebuilding starts. A secure fence, power for the crew and a restroom on site. We supply all three.

Porta potty, $168.98 a month. Weekly service included, plus one-time $99 delivery.
Power
Power: who does what
- We supply and install the pole.
- You or your electrician: call DigAlert 811 (free) first, pull the permit and book the inspection. Then arrange the LADWP or SCE hookup.
- Timing: usually 3–6 weeks from application to energized.

Permits
Rebuild permits come from the City of LA (LADBS) in the Palisades and LA County in Altadena. Malibu runs its own. Fencing and restrooms on private land usually need no extra permit.

What does a rebuild lot need first?
Usually a perimeter fence with a screen. Restrooms and power follow when the build starts.
Can the fence stay up through the whole rebuild?
Yes. Rentals include a six-month term, and longer jobs are priced per month.
Who arranges temporary power?
We supply and install the pole. You or your electrician pull the permit and arrange the LADWP or SCE hookup.
Do you cover Altadena and Malibu?
Yes. We serve Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Topanga, Altadena and Pasadena.
Can I keep one account for the whole build?
